Hoboken Christmas

This was our first Christmas as a family of four and the first one we spent at our Hoboken home. Colin had a great time opening his (and Claire's) presents and playing with all the toys. Claire chose to sleep in and joined us to celebrate a little later in the afternoon. We ate Christmas dinner with our neighbors, but unfortunatley didn't get any pictures of that.

Matt's Time Off

If you ask Colin, he'll say the last 4 weeks have been the best of his entire life. Reason why? Dada has been home!! All Dada, all day long. (It's been pretty nice for me too.) Matt's paternity leave is coming to an end, so it's only appropriate to post pictures on the blog!

Family Visits

After Claire was born, my parents and Matt's parents came to visit. We were very busy taking care of Claire and entertaining Colin, so we didn't take very many pictures. Here are a (very) few of the ones we did get.

Our First Christmas Tree

The first Hoboken McBride Christmas tree! We have the tree and it has lights on it, but that's about as far as we've gotten on the decorations. Stay tuned to see the tree all dressed up!

Hoboken Thanksgiving

Since I was in the hospital on Thanksgiving, we decided to have our Thanksgiving meal on Saturday. It worked out perfectly because our next door neighbors, Scott and Kathryn, got to come over and share the meal (and cooking too!).

Our baby girl was born on November 24 at 10:06am. She weighed 7 pounds 6 ounces and was 19 inches long. She's a wonderful baby and Colin is adjusting to her arrival very well. Here are just a few of the dozens of pictures we've taken in the last week.
