Look-a-like Contest!!

Ok people, post your answers....Who do I think Colin looks like in this picture??? Of course you can post who you think he looks like in the picture too.

The moment I know all of you have been eagerly waiting for....the ANSWER! Now, I received many email responses (thank you very much) stating who YOU thought Colin looked like in the pictrue, but please people, next time read the instructions carefully....it said "who do I think Colin looks like in the picture?" I can't make it too easy now. Well, anyway, the answer is EMERSON MCBRIDE! I've attached 2 pictures below so you can be the judge for yourself. If you don't agree, well, it just doesn't matter because it's my blog and my contest!

P.S. Neither one of these pictures are recent. I think Colin looks like Emerson when she was more babyish.

#2

Just to make it official, we had to post it on the blog. We are expecting another baby in late November. I'm officially 14 weeks (or 3-ish months). We don't know the sex yet, but you can rest assured that we'll be finding out ASAP.

For those of you who have scrolled down this far, you're probably looking for more details. I haven't been really sick this time (wasn't sick at all with Colin) and what sickness I've had I think is due to extreme tired-ness. I'm not showing yet, but I am at that awkward stage of not fitting into regular or maternity clothes.

We're very excited and I'll be sure to post plenty of bump pictures!

Weekend Fun

Matt takes over Colin duty every weekend to let me sleep in. Well, today Matt had to go help a friend put in an air conditioner so he came into our room and said, "Lorie, can you get up and come finish feeding Colin his brunch dessert?" This is what I came out to...

That's right, Colin eating Oreo's right before his morning nap. However, I'm big enough to admit that there must be something to it because he went down shortly after and slept for 2 hours!

We went to the park for a picnic. This is Matt retrieving Colin after he tried to escape.

And here we are trying to blow bubbles.

Picnic in the park & Baby Parade

The other day was great weather for a picnic, so Colin and I had our first one in the park. He was so good. He sat and finished his peanut butter and jelly sandwich and then got up to run around and play.

Hoboken has an annual baby parade. All the parents decorate strollers and dress up the babies. The Hoboken Museum organizes it all and gives out prizes for all sorts of things. We've lived in Hoboken for awhile and known that this goes on, but this was our first year attending (the 8th annual). I couldn't believe how into it these parents get! Really cute.

Just Colin

Just some recent pictures of Colin...

Busy Times!

We had a busy week and weekend 2 weeks ago. My friend Laura and her daughter Maddy came to visit from Boston. Maddy and Colin are about a week apart in age. Colin and I went into the city to visit with them one day and then Maddy and Laura came to Hoboken the next day. Even though they don't really pay attention to each other yet, they looked like they had a great time!
